Here, Admin can set role access for each admin/user, operator, in-charge, etc. For example, Admin set role access for operator, operator person only can dashboard read, in chatbot can read, update user chatting conversation, department intent questionaries, and can send Email or SMS, etc.
To set role permission at frist you have to select a role name. Role name may be admin, operator, in-charge, etc. person/user. Then must select role assign access permission option. Then don't forget to click on > Save button to save your setting data. Please follow the screen-shot below :
To add new role name or edit the role name, go to > Role Permission module > in Add Role page. After adding the role name you must active it, because by default it is inactive. Then click to the create button to save your setting information. See the screen-shot below :
To see the role name list go to > Role Permission module > in Role List page. Here, you can edit the role name and can back to Add Role page also. See the screen-shot below :
